Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancelling consultation bookings and requesting refunds for Zennsight services, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Our goal is to ensure transparency and fairness for our premium clients.
2. Cancellation by User
- Consultation Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation via email (support@zennsight.com) or the client portal.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refunded but may be rescheduled once within 7 days, subject to analyst availability.
- Package or Subscription Cancellations:
- Packages (e.g., 3 sessions) may be cancelled before the first session, with a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
- Subscriptions (e.g., monthly retainers) may be cancelled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.
- Process: Submit cancellation requests in writing, including your name, booking ID, and reason for cancellation.
3. Cancellation by Zennsight
- We may cancel consultations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., analyst unavailability, technical issues).
- In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- Notice will be provided via email or phone as soon as possible.
4. Refund Policy
- Eligibility:
- Refunds are processed for cancellations meeting the 24-hour notice requirement or for cancellations initiated by Zennsight.
- Refunds are not issued for completed consultations or reports delivered, as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, since services are personalized.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- A 5% processing fee may be deducted to cover payment gateway charges.
- Non-Refundable Cases:
- No refunds for consultations where the user fails to attend without prior cancellation.
- No refunds for dissatisfaction with advisory outcomes, as results are not guaranteed.
- Disputes: Refund disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
5. Amendments
We may update this policy, with changes posted on our website. Users will be notified of significant changes via email, as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
